ESPLANADE Saarbrücken in Saarbrucken

We had a great evening. The food in many intoxicating courses is m. E. also worth a second star. The flavors are on point, you can feel the influence of Klaus Erfurth. Truffle was meant well in my courses. But at the beginning you should say if you don't like something. The service is professional and experienced, uncomplicated and attentive. The wine list is extensive, even if one or the other vintage of a wine has already been consumed. The prices are justified given the quality. A tour of the house with the stylish interior is also recommended. We would like to come back to Corona after the opening.

Everything is right here, from A to Z. Hospitable staff, great dishes, good PLV. As soon as the lockdown is over, I'll be back.

There were five of us in the Esplanade today. The food was good to very good. The friendly ladies in the service were very attentive, but the gentlemen there were sometimes presumptuous, including the head waiter. We know that much better, especially in terms of service. What a shame ...

The restaurant is always nice and we had a wonderful afternoon there. The staff is always extremely hard-working and always courteous! The restaurant is really extremely stylish. No cheap decoration, but the colors were mostly very good looking to each other. I would have loved to try me first because of hunger, but then there would have been no more room for the good food.

Fantastic food and service. Very attentive, courteous and above all handicapped accessible. Best service I have ever experienced in Saarbrücken. And the food is a dream.

Pleasant atmosphere with courteous, well-trained staff. The dishes convinced with complex heavenly aromas. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely fair in view of the quality and finesse and the well-deserved star. A completely nice experience!

An experience that you won't soon forget. It was only there that I really realized that everything can taste good if it is properly prepared. A delight for the palate, art on the plate and excellent service combined. I couldn't speak of anything else for weeks. By far the most delicious evening of my life.

Competent service, a menu that activated all the taste buds and excellent wine accompaniment made for a wonderful evening. Even if it is not visible on the website, a convincing vegetarian menu was conjured up on request.

Absolutely fantastic new hotel in Saarbrücken. The hotel is the perfect complement to the restaurant's star cuisine. We were surprised to be able to find such service and luxury in Saarbrücken that are otherwise only known from the metropolises of our world. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding: no overloaded buffet, but served at the table to suit the guest. The étagère with everything you could wish for for breakfast was my absolute highlight :-) Even special requests were not a problem and the staff was very friendly. We look forward to our next stay :-)

Amazing service and food

I didn’t expect this type of service from a one start Michelin restaurant. Service out of average, extremely slow (waiting even over an hour between courses) confused on what was going on, they never apologised, lack of education there. They actually even declined our complain, they said they were on time. The waiter obviously forgot his watch because he lost his sense of time. Very very poor quality service. Why do they have one star? Real example Michelin made a mistake. Nonsense price-service-quality. By the way the food was really good.

The Esplanade in Saarbrücken is definitely worth a trip! Fantastic French cuisine with a modern touch, pleasant ambience, subtle but very stylish! It was a wonderful evening! Big compliments also to the great sommelier and the entire service team!

Since opening one of my favorite restaurants. Service is always excellent and the dishes are always outstanding!

A very good house! Delicious dishes are offered in a very pleasant living room atmosphere. Without any flaw. Always on point. And with every course always with that special touch of uniqueness. The service staff always looks after you attentively, but with soothing restraint. The only point of criticism, however, where one is in 'best company' with other sophisticated houses: The announcements are mostly a little cheated.

Great place, excellent food and good staff. Definitely one of my favorite places right now in SB.

Yummy place if you like course menus and spending money. Service is great and the toilets are very clean!

PLAT DU JOUR, very fine. There was TOMATO BREAD SALAD (olive / parmesan) & WELS (potato / pointed cabbage) You can taste the quality of the individual products. The lunch menu is not cheap at 32 € but it is worth the money. The staff is very friendly and attentive. In the modern ambience, you feel comfortable and in good hands.
